Project realization as General Contractor and System Integrator

As a General Contractor we assume overall responsibility for and delivery of all works, excluding construction work. As a system integrator we also supply partial services including our core competencies (automation and information technology) for on-schedule commissioning and handover of the project.

Our scope of deliveries and performance as a General Contractor may include:


Project Design / Implementation Planning

Fine planning and creation of layout for conveyor technology, warehouse systems, workstations, goods incoming, goods outgoing.
Simulation or emulation as applicable
Coordination of details with those responsible for construction, building technology and fire protection – (creation of verifiable static calculations for racks, load calculations for base slabs and ceiling suspensions, sprinkler systems, inerting, support regarding approvals from the authorities)
Technical specifications (creation of bill of specifications and detailed implementation specifications, performance specifications of partial works along with definitions of interfaces to adjacent third-party trades, energy calculations, safety concept)
Detailed schedule planning


Project Management / Project Coordination

Project management and control by the General Contractor’s main project manager, project organisation with project management, key account manager, project controlling, on-site management, line managers, site coordinators and, if applicable, health and safety along with support for the technical specialist departments
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
Project management documentation / PM office (protocols, formalities, approvals from the authorities for our scope of deliveries and performance)
